Important Setup Tip (Please Read):
Make sure you are using the correct USB-C cables:
🎤 The Microphone cable must be used for the MIC
💡 The LED cable must be used for the Light
These cables are not interchangeable.
If you plug the LED USB-C cable into the microphone, your computer will not recognize the mic, which can make it seem defective. In most cases, simply switching to the correct cable resolves the issue immediately.
